Your order will be delivered free of charge and insured by Shipentegra Cargo company. (In all return, exchange and repair cases, all round-trip shipping fees are collected from the buyer.) Our company is not responsible for customs costs in international shipments. Our company is not responsible for any negativities that may occur in international shipments.
Your order is under the responsibility and assurance of ALTINKALE JEWELRY until it is delivered to you from the cargo company.
If your order is ready in stock, it will be delivered within 3 business days. Products that are not ready in stock will be produced as special orders and delivered to cargo within 10-15 business days. Delivery times for specially produced products vary depending on the manufacturing time. You can learn the delivery information and times of such products by contacting our order line at 0543 960 91 61.
If there is a problem caused by us, you will be informed about your order based on your membership information. In case of problems arising from order production, your refund will be made to your account or credit card without any deduction. Therefore, we kindly request that you fill in your membership information completely and carefully. Delivery is not made on holidays and holidays (Sunday).
You will be notified by e-mail about the products you have purchased. If any of the products you have selected are not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and inform you about the stock and delivery time of the product.

All our shipments are sent as GIFT PACKAGE in special packaging and in a box specific to the product.
1. If the product(s) in your order are available in our stock, they will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
2. Your special production orders (Wedding Rings, etc.) will be produced within 10-15 business days and shipped at the end of production.
3. In your specially produced orders, -+10% Weight Difference may arise as a result of the production, and possible higher price differences can be requested/refunded.

5. www.altinkalekuyumculuk.com is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. In rare cases, there may be situations where the consumer buys the same product and the products cannot be produced or imported;
If the product or products you paid for online are out of stock and cannot be supplied, there is a waiting period of at least 5 (Five) and at most 30 (Thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer between these dates, the payment made will be refunded to the credit card or to the account to which the money was transferred.
6. For orders made via MONEY ORDER or EFT, if the order amount is not sent to the ALTINKALE KUYUMCULUK accounts in the payment options within 2 business days, your orders will be deemed canceled at the end of 2 business days.
